Service Description

CareClink provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for appointment scheduling, time tracking, and meeting management. Our services are designed for companies and interpreters to coordinate meetings, track attendance, and manage scheduling efficiently.

User Accounts & Responsibilities

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Each company operates within their own secure tenant environment

Acceptable Use

• Use the platform only for legitimate appointment and time tracking purposes
• Respect the privacy and data of other users within your organization
• Do not attempt to access data from other tenant organizations
• Maintain accurate time tracking and attendance records
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Appointment & Time Tracking

Scheduling & Management

• Create and manage appointments for interpreters and meetings
• Set availability windows and booking preferences
• Receive automated reminders and notifications
• Reschedule or cancel appointments as needed

Time Attendance

• Clock in and out for scheduled meetings and appointments
• Track meeting duration and attendance
• Generate time reports for billing and payroll purposes
• Maintain accurate records for compliance requirements

Data & Privacy

Your data is protected through our multi-tenant architecture:

Subscription & Billing

Pricing Plans

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually
• Pricing is based on the number of users and features selected
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may modify pricing with 30 days advance notice

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice
• Late payments may result in service suspension

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice, and we are not liable for any temporary service interruptions.

Intellectual Property

The CareClink platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content, but grant us a license to use it to provide our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareClink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, you will have access to your data for 30 days.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or other material breaches. We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of immediate security threats.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CareClink is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with our dispute resolution procedures.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our platform or via email. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
